If you have had work carried out, contact the team with your experience of the finish, arrangements and communication. You can share positive feedback, something that needs attention or a question about the work. Feedback goes to the team; it is not automatically posted on this website.
There are no customer reviews currently published here. We do not show an invented star rating or turn a project photograph into a testimonial.
What helps the team follow up?
- The job or quote reference, if you have one.
- Roughly when the work took place.
- The room or surface you want to discuss.
- What went well, or what needs a closer look.
- A photograph where it helps explain the finish.
Contact privately with any address or job details needed to identify the work. Leave other people’s personal information and unrelated documents out of photographs. If you prefer to talk, call 085 168 5170.
A concern about the finish?
Describe where the concern is and what you have noticed, with a close-up and a wider view if possible. Keep the written quote and any agreed changes available so the discussion can refer to the included work. The team can discuss the issue and the next step with you directly.
Using the feedback route does not create a new booking or automatically agree a remedy. Any follow-up arrangements need to be confirmed with the business responsible for the work. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
Before feedback is published
If the team would like to use your feedback on the site, the wording and intended attribution should be agreed with you first. Private contact details and an exact home address do not belong in a public review.

Looking at the work before enquiring?
Visit the project photographs for the the real interior sequence, with captions explaining what is shown. A photograph provides a finish reference; a customer review is a separate account of that customer’s experience.
